Some mall in Indon.. no TP provided, because always get stolen.. instead they give you 1 pipe and hose only.. tongue.gif

In Japan.. the most canggih toilet i see in hotel.. you open door, toilet greet you and seat cover open. The seat is also auto cleaning and got warming. After you done, they provide auto washing and when you stand up, the toilet close back, flush, clean and say thank you. Gave me a fright the first time i use.. sweat.gif

For tropicana, I know they plan to put up a big outdoor Cafe area in the empty space right in front the office tower door.. to generate extra income.., but might annoy those working at the tower. laugh.gif

That's why monitoring, on what they decide to enhance the property .. tongue.gif Tropicana already have 2 new tenants S.wine and TBM Electricals.

Also for last Q, I like that they decided to demolish the pagoda towers at The Mines.. to save money for facade maintenance. rclxms.gif Also the upgrade to LED lights to save power and adding more advertising panels to generate more income at other malls.

CMMT and AXREIT are one of the most transparent REITs out there.. thumbup.gif

Let say buy Queue is 5000 lots @ 1.30, Sell Queue is 200 lot @ 1.30

If you put at 1.30 queue, you might not get the share you want, since got 5000 lots in front of your queue

But if you put your bid at 10 lot @1.31 right before preclosing, ON CLOSING TRADE your order will take precedence over the 5000 lots @ 1.30 and WILL transact at 1.30 (from sell queue) instead of 1.31.

Fast fingers and staring at the screen is required as well. laugh.gif
