but they one i am saying is lowest rated player in game with no nice stats (OVR 40)

with the state of the current market, i dont think investing is a good idea ... you ccould always just buy to improve your team ...some IFs quite cheap now

I'm really struggle my controls with it, sometimes through pass/ pass just nice, sometimes over and too short.

really praised those players who managed into Div 1, my highest achievement is Div 3 and got relegated to Div 4 and now got stagnant.

I assume those Div 3 to Div 1 players which are really really experienced and good in ATT/DEF/Dribble/Skill Moves.
