yeap, i am just beginner so i just try a light one maybe if i am interested more i can proceed further with better equipment, now currently trying to build some bicep and tricep also reduce my tummy size 

anyway that dumbbell worth for that price? i saw maxxwel 10kg dumbbell 1 handle also sell like RM110+
