wil-i-am I think what he meant is if bumi sell his/her unit, non-bumi can buy that unit. I don't think such thing exist. 

AFAIK, non-bumi can only buy non-bumi units.

just now try to use m2u to buy some as1m unit and the transaction go thru with RM1.06 service charge 

is it means that i can straight away buy from m2u instead of running and checking the banks often?

since the transaction is made thru m2u, how can i update the as1m book? thru bank/pos office/asnb hq?

anyways i can only know the approval within 36-48 hours.

You can actually ask someone to buy on ur behalf. Have to get the authorization  form from the bank, sign it and ask the person who buy on ur behalf to pass it to the bank staff. Confirmed by my own experience. Hehe

Feel like want to remove my FD and put ASM if got units. No maintenance. No need to hunt for high promo every year.

But then, if remove and suddenly no units, wasted. Dividend also higher than FD interest. FD only getting 4.33/year max

So next time if don't have rm50 quota, have to try rm1

i dont think ASN2 is sangat beruntung, the dividend paid is from 5.1x % to 5.4 % then to 5.5% in year 2015, nothing to shout about.
