1. I did aware of that, but thats the only thing I cant control my body to do so. Even thou I eat a lot of fibers like how I did last time, doesnt mean I can poop like u said, everyday.
2. Thats one of the thing I wan to make sure. I wan to make sure the "no carbs can help u cut weight even higher calories intake" is a myth or not. So in this stage I not really care yet as long as I get my carbs in low level. Plus, If the weight still dropping after some time, tat means, i'm under my calories intake, right? According to the calculator I found on the internet, what I need to sustain my weight is 2533 Cals a day. And from the Vague calculation with the assist of internet ofcoz, I'm still under that with current food intake (about 1700~2000 Cals a day).
3. Its ok if its fail. because people improved from day to day. so do knowledge. As long as I'm not arrogant enough, I can still adjust my plan tru time.
4. Thats one of the thing I didnt so sure and still wan to adjust my diet to the max I can stand. The "How I feels" part is to express my feeling and waiting to get some quality inputs from the readers (for eg, you sir, your input is truly something worth to listening). Your input is ofcoz much appreciated.
5. I dont need full planning to run this, it will only makes me lazy if i keep planning and scared of failing. I can change from time to time according to my insight and knowledge. But if you found something not right, to my statement or comment, please give me your input.
I do know you follows atkin last time. Can you share wit me how u feels truout the process?
Cheers
1. I totally understood your situation lol. Hardly poop everyday. So I just weigh after pee every morning. I think it's fine as long as you weigh consistently. Not everyone poop once they wake up lol.2. Thats one of the thing I wan to make sure. I wan to make sure the "no carbs can help u cut weight even higher calories intake" is a myth or not. 2. Not eating carbs does not help you lose weight. If you lose weight now, it is because you taking lower calorie than usual and it is below your TDEE. You can have all calories from carb and still lose weight as long as you are in calorie deficit. If you want to do experiment on "whether no carbs can help you cut more weight", you should eat the same calorie but more from fats and protein instead of carbs.
3. It's not about fail or not, alien9 is guiding you how to do experiment and diet more effectively. He just telling you that weight loss depends on calorie intake. So you should count how much is your calorie intake. Any diet is bullsh*t if you still eating at surplus when your goal is losing weight.
4/5. It is always better to do some research and plan ahead. But I'm sure other more experienced forumer will help to guide you. =)
Good luck at your diet.
