Tested with a maxis lte and it works. So I think most likely my sim card is having issues even though it is written as digi u sim.

it's problem on digi side.. i face it once.. do report and they will try to activate it. lastly they will ask u to do reboot and then u can get the lte. that time im currently at pandan jaya. that time my sim already LTE sim with the U symbol.
