I think the plan is very obvious now. Clubhouse in precint two and three likely will be shared facility with SEH 2 . There is no point to spend extra money to maintain two club house located within kilometers.
It will be further to travel for some residents but long term it is easier to manage . Well that's my thinking need to confirm their plan |

Maybe mark up using Psf price. Then offer bigger build up then pricing will be in range of 7-800k for terrace.
