Finally, SEH has revealed the masterplan of the much expected Setia Ecohill 2....  The model of the master plan is available for public viewing in SEH welcome center currently...

So far the info received from SA:

1.) 1010 acres of township that will be sharing the Lekas interchange with EcoMajestic.

2.) Shall have the link houses, cluster, semiD, apartment and commercial shoplot, bungalow lot still not sure if available.

3.) Cluster and SemiD shall be in strata title, while link houses in individual title.

4.) As usual, many landscape and greenery in the surrounding, there is a hill call Bukit Tempurung (400 feet) is located within the the township and shall be preserved as it is, with some landscape work.

5.) There will be no private club house in this township.

6.) Commercial area shall be very near to the silversquare of EM. 

7.) Shall launch within 1 - 2 years from now...

8.) Pricing as expected, not sure yet... 

Any thought on this project?   

I think its success shall be highly dependent on its precedent - Setia Ecohill 1.... 

I saw it but I was so blurred until I didn't realized it was the masterplan for SEH2... 

Lol.. Jason gor, I initially also don't recognize it, until I saw the Lekas highway...
