today spent one day with my sister to visit few listed project that we are qualified for loan

1) matrix - accidentally drop by as we having dinner at s2 area, so just drop by and visit show house with the agent, the agent serve us very well and polite , and i see all the facility, house also spacious, but due to distance, this one out

2) seri pajam - along the way from labu and passby and visited , same as matrix, sales staff served us very well, bring us visit show house 1 by 1 and surprisingly they can help us to do loan calculation ( i thought only banker can do tis ) house is ok,just because of budget, so might be no consider

3) serene heights - this one i really and mad on the staff, when i first enter the gallery, infront of me have a malay couple, the sales staff ask me u datang buat apa ..wtf..datang tengok rumah contoh lah..or else cari pasal ke ? den i say i would like to know the project details. The sales girl straight say , u duduk sana, nanti i bawa u pergi rumah contoh sekali dengan bang ni ( the malay couple ) .. i feel damn dulan,quite a rude ways to customer, i dont mind sit down play my phone and wait u, but pls respect us...dont treat us like cari pasal...so i fedup and just walk away

4) ecohill 2 - dropby and found out its was a dinosaur event, roar roar..haha..den we enter gallery...so sad that we wait for 20 mins, sales staff sitting infront pc and no one to attend us..until a man come and brief us the details. after he passed his name card, i realise he is GM, MR KOH..so just chit chat and overall the barrass will get my selected. but when i ask for earlybird package..GM say me..impossible lah..i am developer or u r developer...den i was like...walaueh...earlier i come i already know 5+3% liao..u just admit say already expired lah...why wan cheat me and treat me like i am the one who lie to you.....
