EM Ivoris is sitting beside SEH2 commercial lot. I wonder what's de plan for SEH2 commercial plot. EM also haven't finalise their plan for Silver square. I am looking forward to secure a commercial unit here. I can see future in Semenyih.

Every month I do a site survey in SEH1 and steadily see new neighbours moving in. Good sign. No one can expect a residential area to be 100% occupancy within 12-months upon VP, too ambitious.....

Very obvious SEH and GVH are two different league. SEH1+SEH2+EM is a planned township with a lot of potential catalyst for township to grow.

On other hand, I hardly see GVH can grow better than or hardly equal to SEH + EM. I have been to GVH, the shoplot looks dead too.
