depends on what are your objectives for this investment...
rental income or capital appreciation or both...
or to park excess cash money into property for long term to hedge against inflation..
or for your children education funds or house for them..
or planing as your retirement home in the near future...

but not for short term gain as new township are not for short term gains, they are mid to long term as they need the time to mature and infra and commies to setup..
