Boss ignore these monkeys. Go for Enesta Kepong RUMAWIP. MRT 2 will be directly opposite and it's very near to city centre. Kajang/Semenyih properties are an alternative to a FD account. You wouldn't want to live here if your work and daily social life revolves around KL or PJ area.
Having said that some losers who claim overly developed area are horrible and think they own one or two or three landed here is a huge pride to them already. But they don't know 1 shoebox on a prime location is equals to all these 1 ot 2 or 3 landed added up tgt they own here.
Enesta Kepong soldout long time ago, and SkyAwani I've missed it.. Yeah Kajang/Semenyih I consider as expansion pack for Cheras area.. agree on FD account alternative.. with the lower rate nowadays..
