So we called SPS today to check on Clarus status because on their site progress photo, it shows "Painting work in progress as on 7/2/2017", but the staff said on their computer it is only "Building Foundation" stage...

Huh?

I agree with samkps, need more than SEH2 buyers to protest if it's for real, a closed group will not accomplish much... appreciate if details posted here.

When we bought we signed consent letter for setting up of RA & perimeter fencing & was specifically told they will provide otherwise we would not have bought, if your SA is telling the truth, that constitute a broken agreement...

Getting buyers to sign consent for RA & fencing is way easier to do during the signing of S&P then after VP so if the developer want to build fencing for their projects, that's one way to get it done.

Hi folks,

Need your input - if I don't plan to rent it out & don't plan to move in for at least 2 years(just got job posting far away, on contract), what should I do... should I cut tnb & syabas after VP & rectifications done? Do I need to put in basic grills to prevent vandalism & theft?
