Yea. But frankly speaking that morning, no chance to choose on the design as 1st row taken too fast. Whatever available till my turn just take lar. As long as number not too bad and window facing east suggested by very nice sales lady there. Said that from their experience, sun shine too strong in the evening if window facing west if cluster design.

Bank called few days ago. 90% approved. Yupee!!!! Rate look very nice too 4.25% as approved before bank change the +++ stuff and dropped OPR help reduced my BR

Just got another confirmation from RHB, 4.15% after they adjust the BR based on OPR droped recently. I will go for RHB this time.
