Received this from the SA... Taman Melur Semenyih is a combination of comfort, stylish and conveniency. consists of 115 units 2-storey Terrace House and 4 spacious units of 2-storey Semi-D. The garden is located at a greenery surrounding land yet a developing residential and commercial in a new village of Semenyih. *2-storey Terrace House (20x75) *Free S&P *Zero entry *Free 1 Year Security *Free Autogate *Free 4 Unit Water Heater *24 hour security 20k booking fees... Which part of semenyih? I always feel sceptical when they use the word 'greenery' in semenyih

But from what i see the development in semenyih, they only build tamans at taman pelangi semenyih 2 n further up till near beranang. Or the road towards sg tengkala. To me thats far already. If those 2 area they put price above 500k for a taman house i facepalm.

You mean from internal road to Jalan Bangi Lama, then to Ecohill? Only single lane road right? Will there be traffic light at the junction to Jalan Semenyih from Kajang East? Therefore, it still requires public access road to connect each precinct and public facilities in the township. Btw, the upcoming Vista Valley Commercial centre infront of KE entrance is going to be very hot, if all taman in new village vicinity such as The Garden, The Green, Kaseh Heights, Melur and Serai can pass thru KE.

I just visit the site today and it looks really nice. BUT, the location is just beside (I mean, just a fence beside) the "Depot Tahanan Imigresen Semenyih"...
Agent said this depot already there for many years and nothing happened so far. But i really worry about that...

Usually for tthe sales for this developer quite slow, they do not put alot funding on advertisment less ppl know this project pun. Somemore Jln 5,6and7 will not open for sales yet until completed then only they will open for sales. As Choon Tian Style - Builtup 1st n Sell after completion. Previously still can get something below RM500K...like Camellia Residence, Semenyih Parklands etc. Now all sold out, less option liao..
