Received this from the SA... Taman Melur Semenyih is a combination of comfort, stylish and conveniency. consists of 115 units 2-storey Terrace House and 4 spacious units of 2-storey Semi-D. The garden is located at a greenery surrounding land yet a developing residential and commercial in a new village of Semenyih. *2-storey Terrace House (20x75) *Free S&P *Zero entry *Free 1 Year Security *Free Autogate *Free 4 Unit Water Heater *24 hour security 20k booking fees...
