With easy downpayment scheme, price is around RM564K.

Kaseh Heights 3sty (RM798k before REBATE), The Serai Semi-D (completed only RM780K, value up to 830k) & Tmn Melur (RM660K before rebate) all can using exit to Kajang East by 1st roundabout which ady completed.

Yes. the access road is half way done.
i have drive to Kaseh Heights project site by using Kajang East enterance.

If direct access from Lekas to kajang east, might take some time to get approval.. if the access road from KE to LEKAS without paying tol.. LEKAS will make "rugi" business expect someone "pump money" to Lekas..

The whole Kajang East township is not g&g. G&G only limited to Precinct 1 & 2. Therefore, it still requires public access road to connect each precinct and public facilities in the township.

Btw, the upcoming Vista Valley Commercial centre infront of KE entrance is going to be very hot, if all taman in new village vicinity such as The Garden, The Green, Kaseh Heights, Melur and Serai can pass thru KE. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Going to KL maybe okay, but peak hour coming back from KL maybe a disaster even before reaching Sunway Semenyih traffic light junction.. doh.gif doh.gif

Vista Valley only shoplots, if they can attract a good anchor tenant of hypermarket then will be good...

But the land over kajang east side is higher, almost one and half storey higher than the land over "the serai" side (i assume the same with taman melur). hmm.gif

different of land levering at the serai but no affected the access road from kajang east to bukit semenyih.. now ady half way done..

If you see the site plan properly, you can find a shopping mall or hypermarket in block H but not sure about the tenant.

Their current showroom is located at Kiara Business Park same row as EcoMajestic Sales Gallery or should i call "Jalan Pemaju". Maybe our friend Nelson can go look see look see tongue.gif

龙头宝位 all will pass by kiara busiess park, easy to get the location, for sure wont get lost...

Tmn Melur will launch on coming Saturday. Soft launching at project site brows.gif

I just visit the site today and it looks really nice.
BUT, the location is just beside (I mean, just a fence beside) the "Depot Tahanan Imigresen Semenyih"...

Agent said this depot already there for many years and nothing happened so far. But i really worry about that...
