Well, finally their campaign starts bearing fruit. Congrats to the FA,they should be crowned EPL champions instead because they're just so bloody brilliant. Have a beautiful post -season celebration with pierluigi collina handing them the trophy, and a glorious little open-top bus parade around london with all their 'outstanding' officials. They deserve it more than anyone else.
Seriously,i love the fact that jose is starting to basically troll most of the reporters these days, but when these things happen, can you really blame him?even when we started to go on the defensive by attempting to bring on cahill ,it's difficult to find fault in that as it's useless to try and go all out for a second when opponents can use whatever means to stop your attackers, including ugly tackles and blatant handballs.
Like another poster said, even if matic lay on the ground with his leg broken in half, do we HONESTLY believe the ref would've stopped the game?sadly, it's come to a point where if that actually happened, I expect him to book matic for play-acting instead. Really...my trust in their judgement has degenerated that badly.

Here's hoping matic isn't banned for a further 10 games,if the FA decides he actually tried to choke ashley barnes from behind and break his neck, underground UFC style.A further 15 game ban for attempting to break the foot of barnes by violently smashing his shin into the player's studs. Oh wait should we be surprised if that happens? Meeehh probably not.

QUOTE(briantwj @ Feb 22 2015, 02:25 AM) Since its gonna b red card dy, Matic shud have Stone Cold Stunner Barnes. Btw, did sum1 mentioned me? Pretty sure the legendary collina would've sent barnes off before matic could even get within 5 paces of him! All their current officials aren't fit to even shine his bald head. Hmm..time for ramires to shine, heck even ake deserves a shout!

In the end i think the 10 remaining players on the pitch deserve a pat on the back for not losing their heads and targeting ashley barnes for the rest of the match. It must've took a whole lot of patience for those who witnessed the tackle and that deserves a lot of credit imo. Disgusting challenge and even more disgusting standard of officiating.

Great. Harry Kane goes down like a sack of potatoes and the ref points to the spot in half a second. How's that any different from costa being shoved to the ground?
I don't have a good feeling for the carling cup final either. Spurs will have license to do whatever they please to our attackers, and I fear if this keeps up,it's only a matter before one of our key players picks up an injury.
We need at least a couple of early goals to calm the nerves as spurs will have a 12th man from kickoff. Matic will be missed, but i trust ramires is more than capable of filling in.
Oh and zouma must start. Cahill's errors are suddenly becoming a regular occurrence.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ Feb 22 2015, 10:39 PM) because Costa isn't a future British international player Haha fair point Cesc looked a bit off colour vs burnley. Hope he rediscovers his fantastic vision soon.

'What if it was diego costa instead of ashley barnes?"is all we need to ask regarding the FA turning a blind eye towards that horrendous challenge. Unbelievable.
The worst part is the officials claim they saw the incident, so they're either lying or openly admitting that they're incompetent, and this incompetence is fully supported by the FA. Crazy. It's literally a case of dumb and dumber and blind leading the blind.
How many legs need to be broken and how many careers need to be ended in order for them to realise that their rules are inadequate?
Like briantwj said,we've basically had our 'home advantage' taken away from us and if we somehow manage to regain our title,i honestly believe this beats all the other trophies jose has masterminded for us,mainly due to the astounding circumstances involved.
Come on the chels,We can do this!!!!!!
