QUOTE(yinchet @ Feb 1 2015, 12:52 PM)
I saw thorgan can fill in as a rotation player for oscar and as a backup for fabregas.
iinm thorgan used to be dm? hmm.gif
If we really need to add some steel getting khedira for free would be nice. laugh.gif

How do you guys think about loftus good enough to be fabregas and matic backup?
certainly he have the size and composure to be one.
Actually he is the reason y I'm not fancy on pogba transfer as loftus have the same potential as matic.
*
Khedira would definitely be the cheaper option alright, and it leaves space for RLC,and other younger players to come through. If pogba comes, the youngsters will be pushed even further away, since he's only like what..21 years old? sweat.gif

QUOTE(yokoloco @ Feb 1 2015, 01:08 PM)
btw the ball wasn't out. Hazard manage to kept it in.

user posted image

referee gave City a throw-in, which eventually led to the goal
*
Ahh thanks i was looking for a replay of this very incident. Didn't even look like the ball had gone out in REAL TIME,and this evidence speaks for itself. Little decisions go a long way. Well you know the FA and their officials. They can't even get a simple decision like this right, yet they expect us to take them seriously. rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(lol~ @ Feb 1 2015, 01:22 PM)
I think the massive blow for last night game was DM.we have perfect DM but if either one or both are out,we doom.

Another one is lb and rb.iva really slow and day dreaming last night.
*
Over-reliant on matic, just as much as we are on hazard, cesc and costa. Worried they might get burned out at the same time :sweat

Wasn't just azpi mate,i think only zouma managed to put in a commendable performance for the whole 90 mins. Terry, azpi and brana all had really poor games and it's quite an achievement to only concede a single goal!

QUOTE(DeadlyPollo @ Feb 1 2015, 05:52 PM)
Great news, can't wait to see him in action!  rclxms.gif

I think the club has one or two surprises before the window closes. Various media outlets are saying the cuadrado's deal is practically done, but why has the club refused to officially confirm it until now?

I have a hunch that he'll be officially unveiled with one or two additional personnel beside him icon_idea.gif

So it's official, not a bad January window for us at all.we got Cuadrado for a very reasonable fee,as i still can't ignore the fact that utd were slapped with a £40 mil price tag just a few months ago sweat.gif

Pretty impressed with our negotiation team as well, they really played hardball with wolfsburg for the transfer of schurrle and got a fantastic price for him as a result. Teams will have to pay top dollar for our players who have talent, and those who even think of snapping up the likes of hazard or oscar will really need to break the bank to get their man.

Cuadrado will push willian all the way,but now that salah is gone(albeit on loan) surely there's a glimmer of hope for the likes of izzy brown, boga, etc. smile.gif kind of feel sorry for douglas costa after what he said about wanting to join us and all, but it does provide that extra motivation for our youngsters to stake a claim for themselves.

The club are determined to remain compliant with FFP rules (the sale of schurrle again emphasises this) and i'm confident it's only a matter of time before players from our academy / reserves begin to graduate to the first team,as letting go of fringe players every time just to accommodate new purchases simply isn't feasible in the long run.

Ahhh remy in please. We can't afford to keep giving it away in the final third and getting hit on the counter unnecessarily.

What the hell just happened?why the hell was ramires and oscar booked???

Absolutely ridiculous officiating..drogba went down with a possible head wound, gets totally ignored by the ref,and ramires booked for a perfectly clean tackle. Sigh. Have they always been this piss poor with their decisions?

Sigh. How nice it is to have a 12th man on the pitch.

Anyway, drogba off please. 99% of our attacks have ended with him giving the ball away.non-existent hold up,link-up and any sort of play at all sweat.gif

Extremely satisfying three points, has to be said. Can't wait to hear jose's comments after the match, but something tells me he's going to focus on the positives more than anything else.

Cuadrado will get better in time,i'm sure of it. I actually believe oscar's position is more under threat compared to willian's.

Remy and mikel did really well when they came on imo. Heck i think the former deserved to start the second half.

Deserved three points, everton brought a pretty solid bus to the bridge, but it failed to remain 'parked' for the full 90 minutes.

They pretty much suck though, as they couldn't even win with a 12th man looking out for them, who failed to spot a simple handball decision which a 3 year old could've gave in the first half, yet able to see iva's extremely deft touch which ruled matic's shot offside. Your campaign's definitely failing FA. You should just quit already.

Anyway MOTM is a tough one between cech and willian, but i'm giving it to cech for his unbelievable save from lukaku, which looked like a goal all day. Sweet, sweet volley from the brazilian to snatch it right at the death!

Defense was really solid, especially zouma who didn't put a foot wrong vs lukaku. Love the fact that he's extremely fast as well. Now if only Kalas was still here with the squad..

Cuadrado had a good debut, and mourinho rightly slots oscar to the bench. Some of cuad's crosses were really dangerous but his corners need to be better. laugh.gif looking forward to seeing more of him in blue.

Monumental 3 points, and back to full strength in our next
match!

Lol'ed both club kena denda instead.
martinez trying too hard to make us look bad.
Chelsea should stop doing business with everton.

After how they treated atsu, that's not such a bad suggestion. However i think we might make a move for barkley in the summer, especially with all the accolades being showered on pogba at the moment. The terms such as 'monalisa of football,'
yada, yada, are getting a bit ridiculous, and the proposed fee for his signature even more so.

Yes he's a top player, but sometimes we just need to remind ourselves it's serie A,after all. Have a feeling he'll opt for la liga though, with barca and madrid ahead of the queue.

Although looking a bit short on confidence, Barkley would be a fantastic alternative.

well even the other fans think that the article is garbage.

I cant really understand his way of thinking.  laugh.gif

The dude looks like sturridge laugh.gif

i think the various media outlets trying to make mountains out of molehills probably convinced the darn FA to review the incident in 4k resolution about 500 times, before deciding there was nothing in it,and a fine for both sets of players was the best outcome they'd get.

Aggressive?yes. Uncalled for?yes. Violent? Oh come on. That kind of shoving(and occasional choking laugh.gif )between players goes around in the penalty boxes during corners every week.

Now deliberate elbows on the other hand, seem to be allowed by certain teams this season. Wonder what would :happen if one our players did it though? Attempted murder charge perhaps? rolleyes.gif

Dirty, dirty burnley. You just watch as the FA refuse to review this incident due to it not being 'violent' enough. Getting pretty tired of this tbh. Why can't they just call the game normally?
