Trade is like this ...U cant force ppl to buy from u since he doesnt confirm and giv any promise ....*"He din paid any money to made it a contract . There are no consideration between u all"...Even he hav confirmed on the notebook , he still can void the contract...
This is the trust between buyer and seller....
*Contract Act 1967

I am afraid you are wrong there. A verbal contract is also considered valid even when no money has been paid. This is the trust between buyer and seller....
*Contract Act 1967
For eg, when seller says selling item A for RM100 and buyer said okay confirm RM100. Then contract is sealed. According to contract law in Malaysia, seller and buyer have to honour such contract. Of course, such contract is hard to enforce because people will tend to twist the truth when those words are not bind to paper.
AFAIK, that's the contract law I studied from text book. Can you give reference to your "Contract Act 1967" so that I can verify the truth?
