First of all, PLS REMEMBER WLL NOT TRADE WITH THIS BAD GUY - ^666^. I am sorry to take your time to read this coz I want to inform you beaware of ^666^ who spoit my sale. The details as follow: I had reserved my IBM thinkpad R51 4 him about 4 days up to today. Actually, He contacted me long time ago to ask about the price 1 time and He called and sms me again about (as you can see his PM in my above) 4 DAYS AGO to ask 4 BUY MY LAPTOP urgent and oki with the price. 1ST he said he bought it for his cousin and ask for more discount...then since then he told me MONDAY his cousin just got money so we agree on monday...then yesterday I tried to contacted him he did not pick up the phone then after that SMS me back"I'll contact u after talk with MY BUYER".after waiting 4 a day, mean today, I tried to contact him again by about 7pm to ask him about this, he again "I'll contact to my buyer AGAIN". Then after that I sms him to ask what time should we meet since i need to arrange my time as well then he sms me back:"sorry, my buyer just bought a toshiba aledi".So I plan to report to Lowyat admin board about this matter and inform u never deal with this guy again...

So, LOWYAT MEMBERS, PLS AVOID TO TRADE WITH THIS GUY-THE WORST MEMBER: ^666^.

hellomoto bro, 1 thing i learnt long time ago when i spent few hours out there waiting for my so called buyers to come collect their phone....is that WE MUST COLLECT DEPOSIT to reserve, until the COD date n time...

it is a must .
now i rather not do business with him/her rather not earn any money if he/she is not willing to pay deposit first before COD...
rmb on your next deals, collect deposit first, at least rm50-10%of money involved.

at last ..some body spoke about this ffk ^666^...for u'r information...i also been cheat for that person...he sell N6630 about RM650 n i nego with him and agree with RM550 deal. so he wanna cod at ipoh ...so next morning(saturday) i give him a sms than he told me he in penang...i call him and want his acc bank...n he will told me on monday . so when monday come..i call he never pick up...i sms he never reply...then i give him pm..and told what's going on...so he told that phone belong to his brother...so ask him again wanna sell or not...i need it urgent...luckly i dont bank in money yet...if not i will been con from this ffk person.
i pm him and told wanna complaint...but i newbie here..so just ignore is better way. But right now everyone start compalaint.....why not i share the stories

Regardless whether you are a newbie or not, you have the rights to lodge a complaint (with strong evidence). It is a formal way to warn people about the seller/buyer and also to seek advices/suggestions.

dear moto. i already told u nice that my friend which is a fellow student is buying and never stated place and point of time nor really confirmed the purchase.
did i confirm? i only nego with u the price and told u i will get back, and id see he already purcase a toshiba celeron notebook by himself. i also sms you to inform so is that my fault.

I also buy and sell a lot of items already, yes I make friends with people but in those a lot of freinds I also make enemies with desprate people like you.

Trade is like this ...U cant force ppl to buy from u since he doesnt confirm and giv any promise ....*"He din paid any money to made it a contract . There are no consideration between u all"...Even he hav confirmed on the notebook , he still can void the contract...

I am afraid you are wrong there. A verbal contract is also considered valid even when no money has been paid.

For eg, when seller says selling item A for RM100 and buyer said okay confirm RM100. Then contract is sealed. According to contract law in Malaysia, seller and buyer have to honour such contract. Of course, such contract is hard to enforce because people will tend to twist the truth when those words are not bind to paper.

AFAIK, that's the contract law I studied from text book. Can you give reference to your "Contract Act 1967" so that I can verify the truth?

what confirmation, what you sent me. i ask you on thursday evening u stated that you will be free on friday. i stated the buyer only have the cash on monday. and ill get back to u. miss called me on sunday and after few hours i stated that the buyer bought a toshiba. what the problem?
