I just lost my Husky today, he was knocked by a car. It was all my fault, I opened the auto gate and he charged out and he ran towards the main road. Usually he was leashed by a 5 meters chains and I released him at night. I was chasing him for about 5 minutes but he was too fast and I was just running with slipper. I was shouting like mad guy and keep waving to the incoming cars. But still he was knocked by the car and I couldn't cross the road. When I got there, he was like relief to see me and just mourn once like calling me. I carry him carefully and thank god my dad with his friend drove besides me and we rushed to the veterinary hospital. He was lying on my lap and breathing very weak. I saw blood on his mouth. After a few "cough" and he was no more breathing. I was crying and shouting in the car. When we finally reached the hospital at Jalan Tun Razak, the doctor certified he was gone due to internal bleeding.
My dog is very brave, he never groan or show any pain when I was hugging him on my lap, but only looking at me till he left. We will remember you always as part of our family. May you rest in peace. Missed you forever.
To my beloved husky - Gou Gou.
Sorry for my grammar, I couldn't think properly now. Too all others husky owner, please and please please please watch out of your husky and don't end up like me.
Hi Zax...so sorry about what had happened to you and may Gou Gou run happily at the Rainbow Bridge...
my girl ran away once when my aunt accidentally open the autogate...but i caught her back after 15mins of crazy chasing...thank god she did not run to the main road...else i can't imagine what will happen...actually the more we chase them...the more they will run away from us...cause they thought we are "playing" with them...
that is why Husky always have to be on leash...since then...i always double lock my autogate with those motor chain whenever i release my girl to do her business in the car porch...
stay strong...Gou Gou won't wanna see you sad
