QUOTE(mr_fazz @ Feb 24 2015, 10:18 AM) I did nano coating on my car too. It's easier to wipe and clean as mentioned above, it will be like water droplets if you splash water. Just wipe. Your car will be looking shine all the time. The shop said it will lasting for 5 years. I just coat my car for a year and counting. Im using meguiar's product btw How much did you paid for that? are you happy for the product? i have thinking the coating for car.

Because It adds another sacrificial layer of cleaR coat. If you love your car. By all means go for it. Repainting is never better than your stock paint. Trust me. Unless accidents happens that we cannot foresee.

Got my car in April, when straight for Ceramic Pro coating. No regrets, so much easier to clean and I only wash it once or twice a month. If it's slightly dirty, just use feather duster to clear any sand particles then wipe with damp cloth, that's it. Wrapping my roof black certainly helps cut down my cleaning time. 5 yrs warranty, no yearly maintenance needed. Can go back for coating if any part of the body went thru repaint due to accident. Are you using the Silver package? Is the coating protection still useful?

QUOTE(SoFlush @ Jul 1 2017, 02:39 AM) coating is just like a longer lasting wax, alot of factor comes into play how long your layer of coating last. to make it really, really, REALLY last - do monthly hand-waxing yourself (no machine as it will slowly strip down the coating layer) monthly, because wax don't really last on top of a nanocoating layer, it's already a very smooth nonporous surface. coating and waxing will look extremely sharp on a black car, no other common on-road car colour can match the gloss/shine/deep black mirror effect of a well maintained BLACK car. hoho.... a fair claim about black cars but damn.. really a pita to maintain....

black, looks the nicest, but a absolute nightmare to maintain, most shiny, glossy black car owners have their maid wash it 2 times weekly.
and on the road, 95% of the black cars are very poorly maintained, no gloss, no mirror effect at all.
