Got double strike yesterday as well; double strike on 2 Langleys In Kamikaze R div'ed with a Minekaze. We managed to sneaked in to their carriers position with me as the spotter (captain has concealment expert skill). One Langley torped by both me and the Minekaze but did not died immediately (but start flooding). Launched torps at the other Langley and fire guns as well with the Minekaze. Just after the first Langley sunk due to flooding, my torps killed the second Langley

Hmm actually I found out you can somehow manipulate MM to only include ship no higher than your tier (though it will not work past tier 8). Require division.

Basically,
- one player plays CV
- other player choose ship 2 tiers above the CV
When the MM try to find a match, it will first try to match the CV tier, then the highest ship tier in the division. For example, if one player choose Ryujo (T6) and another player choose Mikhail Kutuzov(T8), the MM most probably will placed your div in T6-8 match, since the lowest tier of your division is the CV.

Though this method can fail if the opposing team has division that has the same tier of CV as your division, which rarely happen Also the CV might lost quite a lot of planes against AA of ships 2 tier above them
