Start every minute with 5 Burpees, then AMRAP Squat Thruster until 100 Squat Thrusters are performed.

Time: 16:48 (85 Burpees + 100 Squat Thrusters @ 40kg)

Started my new program with my physique coach on Tuesday...If things progress well, I should be 16 weeks away from my very first male physique comp. I am not 100% confident so I may pull out last minute.

In the meantime, two weeks away from my very first crossfit comp.

"DT" (scaled)

5 Rounds
12 Deadlift @ 50kg
9 Hang Power Cleans @ 50kg
6 Push Jerks @ 50kg

Time: 7:08

So I did DT @ 50kg in 7:08 but Annie T did it @ 70kg in 8:27...Very inspiring...but FML too!

Barbell Conditioning

"Reverse Gwen"

Clean & Jerk 9, 12 and 15 reps @ 50kg

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Score: 5 Minutes rest interval between rounds. First 2 rounds completed without regrip, 3rd round fouled at 15th rep.

Been doing a lot of team metcons, skill works and oly lifts for Crossfit comp in 8 weeks and hypertrophy training for physique comp in 7. First time doing in individual metcon in ages.
