mind i ask what gym you are in ? with the coach of course

not really keen to join cross fit but just wanna find someone on coaching the snatch and clean and jerk, plan to join for 3 months just to learn the movement then goes back to my gym to train, cross fit gyms are too expensive

I mostly do my crossfit training in a crossfit box. I practice my skills in Fitness First that I work in. Anyway, I think there is a user here called 'pizzaboy' who has experience coaching Oly lifting. He may be able to help you out in your area.
