Hi All

Just want to share my worklog. Begining of this year starting on first January i have been thinking of changing my rig. Previously im on the X79 platform and i love it. As time goes by X99 comes out and for me i think this is the best time to change my rig completely. Regardless of that i finish nearly RM30k for all the hardware, software water cooling system and buying some wrong things as my idea keep on changing. You also can see im selling the ones that im not using soon. Just intro im new to water cooling but not modding pc rigs as well as overlocking. This is also request from few friends that i know of here as i usually on outside forums. Feel free to comment any of my build but just a note i purposely done this one OVERKILLed! I know some will ask why i dont go for rigid tubing. IMHO just cosmetic nothing else and further more i frequent changing lots of hardware. At first i ordered all fitting to quick disconnect but i dont know why i change to the normal way using drain port. Let the project begins!!

2nd January i start to buy all the my rig hardware but not the water cooling item. Bought them and Test first but intro on my specs first

I manage to fix the second card and now it is being detected. What i do??? i dismantle everything and clean it with iso propyl alcohol and re do it again. Change the thermal pads and everything( a 1 hour tiring process) then i got it install then connect back the tubes, fill her up and let it run like 20 minutes then boot the system. I guess i'm lucky and the card is fixed. So i can proceed with the process picture or what not.

Below is the finish loop and only the bottom part i need to curve it a liltle bit for the 6 pin clearance for my sound card. i try 90 degree but it still too close. So i merge 2 x 90 degrees and clerancance is just nice

user posted image

after connecting all the tube. i already have an idea where should i put the drain ports

user posted image

user posted image

after the drain ports was connected. Is time for the moment of kinda truth. Fill her up with disitilled water and sys prep and leak test

Picture of i open the XSPC res combo window for a better view and the leak test

user posted image user posted image

user posted image

leak test all good. The plan is to wait just 5 hours and drain the sys prep out of the system but i slept over..lol.. Drain port work fine with out tilting so much.

user posted image

afterward i re fill her back with distilled water, silver coil, bioxide extreme and 16 hours later i boot the system and i got to know my second gpu card is not being detect. I post later on the finish product. Start taking picture.... to be continue

the top rad will be outside of the case (on top of the case)? Quite surprised that a big case like enthoo primo also cannot handle this thick rad.

More pics please~

Even the 900D also can't fit 80mm thick rad on top.
Actually it is depend on mobo, certain mobo has taller VRM heatsink which will block the rad.
My Asrock Extreme 4 mobo has smaller heatsink, therefore Monsta is able to fit in my Primo but i prefer push/pull config so i chose UT60.

Yeah i agree.. the VRM heatsink is high and clerance also very slim.. maybe changing the rads but sayang la.. the confirm one is i'm continuing my build with rigid tubing.. Someone poison me and i agree with him.. Ordering some rigid tubing now and will wait for it to come. For now i'm still waiting for my sleeves and few more parts which will go on sale.
