This land for this project is under commercial title, i wonder can we redraw money from KWPS account 2. Another thing is the chargers for electric and water bill, will it follow the rate of commercial title? thanks for asking so many question.

from the layout two room seems equally im size. maybe another room smaller.

mrt I don hope to be near. scare of peak hours full of buses n car.

wat else in the neighborhood ? nearest jusco tesco I think only in kepong.

since its a service apartment. shld hv some convenient shop ?

Basically will be real nice for own stay. You are in a high end area with beautiful view. Lots of banks nearby.

As the brother before say The cons yeah basically you need to pay up front. But mathematically its no money down smile.gif

Low Density and freehold. Cant complain much.

Some more its family stay area, the only thing I see will be the appreciation with all these positive aheads. So, little bit extra to buy good property... why not? smile.gif
