an excellent effort by hobby master. it looks and feels exactly like a century wings model with minor additional details. they've addressed the wing sleeve issue that has plagued century wings tomcats from time immemorial, but the seam gap below the rio seat remains, as with the gap between the pallet and fuselage. even the century wings stand fits this model perfectly. one minor peeve is the use of gloss instead of matte finish for the detailing. does it make the more expensive century wings irrelevant? nope... century wings can still hold its own with regard to the crispness of its detailing (dunno how else to describe). overall an impressive first effort by hobby master but personally, hobby master cheapo stand is a major letdown. a sleek pseudo chrome stand to accompany this piece would've been nice. as it is, it feels like a bentley at chow kit road... wah already got HM bombcat.

Bottom row is full already with Amercom 1/72 Mi-28 and Ka-29. Feels like gonna sell them of since heli kinda take so many space due to their rotor blades Upper shelves will soon be crowded with Hasegawa 1/72 Su-35S (otw), Zvezda 1/72 Su-30KN and Su-37, and also Hobby Boss 1/72 Su-47 Will surely need readjustment again. At least displaying them in flight mode kinda resolve some space issues since not only the surface part is used (if one would chose to make theirs gears down).

No need to sell any of your collections, Tiger I. Like WingNut said add shelves will do, make your collections glory. Unless you already don't like your collections then no choice u can sell them.

Dont think i can add more shelves. Air space was utilized with the use of stands (i prefer my birds to soar the skies:P) As for the tanks, it would be hard to see with addition of shelves, space would be a criteria as well in making sure they are all could be seen

QUOTE(WingNut @ Jan 12 2016, 09:11 AM) hence the use of glass, my friend... Glass is transparent. The assets are not Regardless, I would think I would go for Billy+Oxberg in terms of shelves. The price is similar as having two Detolf, but with larger areas (with the expense of no all viewing area as glass would provide).

QUOTE(WingNut @ Feb 2 2016, 08:13 PM) okay... time to bump this page back up. i must say cw seems to be slacking with this GLOSSY blacklions. back to their wolfpack days, this. and the load out has never been this loose (had to fill out most of the holes with blutac in order for the ordnance to fit tight). i dunno... i kinda like my witty blacklions overall. i guess i just dislike glossy paint on my tomcats (just as i said hm should've used more matte paint for their detailing!!!). anyway... here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Great collection. Great to see u keep collecting. Most of the collector stop for while...
