Im using a MX518 too.

Love that 2000dpi setting.It's fast enough for RTS or even web surfing.

I like the way how the mouse is designed.It's very nice to hold with my right hand.

Im used to it already.

1000dpi is too slow for me,even for web surfing.

Yeah,the rubber-ry side is very nice to scratch.

Yeah,i set it to 2000dpi with medium mouse acceleration.

For some unknown reason,that mouse is also quite nice to hold with left hand.I just found out just now.

I think im used to used Krait in CC which is 1600dpi.So,i dont feel the speed anymore.

I also.Im too used to 2000dpi.

So,whenever i use a normal mouse.I feel it's very slow and not nice to hold.M518 rocks.Dont have the side buttons too.

It's nice to hold and the extra buttons are damn useful.

Yeah,like the side buttons for special grenades and grenade launcher in CoD4.

If not,i think i need more fingers to control them on the keyboard.

Those extra buttons are only useful in FPS.They are totally useless in RTS and racing games.

Yeah,some how Razer mouse is better,for some unknown reasons.

Yeah,the buttons are big.Easy to press too.

I bought MX518 because other Razer mouse are out of my budget and Krait isnt as good to hold as MX518 and no extra buttons.

Could be,is Krait using laser?

Lol,i think next time i should bring my mouse to CC.MX518 is better than Krait in FPS.

I need the extra buttons for CoD4.It's easier to throw special grenades with my mouse.

Probably gonna remap the second button to knife.It's fasta.

MX518 is not so suitable for RTS,not as good and responsive as Krait.It's freaking awesome as a FPS mouse.

Thats the only main regret that i bought this mouse.

Of course la.The more expensive the mouse,the better it is.

Sri Computer got the most mouse,i think.

I got my MX518 from there.Lots of mouse to touch touch there.

Yeah,they got a lot of demo units.
