yeah its real good....at first(when i owned a deathadder), i thought ikari just a normal mouse with high price....
but somehow, a friend of mine from belgium(former da user), said ikari better than it.....so i give a try la...

but mula2 the mouse feel dump, because its a palm grip ma.....after u get used to it, totally syok...

more precise than deathadder...the click is soft....using qck for low sens and goliathus for high sens..

yeah g_ken just tried ikari at me here lol......so ikari wont suit claw grip....but very syok for palm grip..

u tried my ikari before. And i think boomslang definitely wont suit u because same low profile mouse. Give G9 a try. Then can exchange when free.

laser sensor are stabilized already...

actually laser need time to adapt it(from DA change to ikari ma)..DA 3g sensor not that sensitive as laser one..

wonder when when will razer make a DA for left handed..DA will be the hottest mouse if they do so..

from the design, it is not like a gaming mouse..it wont be comfortable as other ikari deathadder g9 mx518 and so on.

cant beat ikari though. Its well designed. Especially the shape. 4 years research worth it though.

g5? erm i think deathadder more worth at that price. g5 around rm195.

ikari optical. Razer deathadder(worth even u dislike razer) or microsoft intellimouse 3.0(feel almost like deathadder)

U wont regret if u buy qck heavy. Im using it right and and feel better than exactmat and goliathus.

ime 3.0> deathadder anytime. Deathadder just a remake of ime 3.0 actually. Just shorter and better sensor. ime 3.0 need usb overclocker to push it 500mhz.

There is no best performance mouse bro. Because its really subjective. Some will say this mouse good, some will say it suck. So, the best way is to try them out lo.

Because people dont believe IME 3.0 is better. So they go for DA which is more popular. DA users will think the mouse is the best for them. But if they try out ime 3.0, definitely their DA will be at garage sales section.

G5 is also a good mouse. But a bit hard to use when playing game like q3. Ikari, nothing much to say about it. Ikari is the most comfortable mouse ever created. But again, i cant aim with that mouse.

Nonono. DPI does not affect much. DPi is just like sensitivity. The higher the dpi, the higher the sensitivity.

However, polling rate is more important than the dpi. Normal mouse have 125mhz polling rate which is definitely not suitable for gaming. Ime 3.0 has 125mhz default. But can use USB overclocker to set the polling rate to 500mhz. 500mhz and 1000mhz almost the same. 125mhz and 500mhz a lot different.

EDITED: Yeah, u are right on the choosing mouse. But the best way is try the mouse in game. Note that more comfortable doesnt mean it is a better mouse.

I dont know mx518. But i think its a good mouse for da price. I tried out g5 and its not bad. Mx518 and g5 same feeling?
