QUOTE(JnkTfk @ Dec 18 2015, 01:09 AM)
We have multiple cctv installed in locations throughout the inside and 1 outside at the entrance. I recognized their faces from the cctv recordings.
We are planning too to change the locks but is it alright ?
There was once where we were having lunch and they just unlocked the door, came in with checking as a reason without even removing their shoes and no knockings of any sort.
Hi thanks for your detailed response.
I will try to go through the agreement and maybe post it up here when i'm back.
I paid the rent for 6 months in advance and the owner decided to give us some discounts as we are still student.

Though CCTV can a crime deterrent, it’s noteworthy that it is a very good “post-event” instrument.

For example: a person is stabbed and bleeding to death on the floor. There’s nothing a CCTV can do except to capture the face of the person and the method in which the person was stabbed.

Consult your agent or landlord before you change locks.

You may want to tell them as well that if their representatives appear without notice and enter into your rooms, you will hold them responsible for anything missing in the room or lodge a police report stating unknown person has entered your room. Also, if you have pay rent in a timely manner, the landlord (or his agents) should not be disrupting your enjoyment of the premises.

Not advisable but it’s up to you guys to decide. You r literally spoiling the market hahaha…
