Machines procedure is to pay first and then only inspect. They won't open for inspection until you've made the payment, but if there is any defect, you can change on the spot BEFORE you walk out of the store.

Bought from Machines Empire many times, never had an issue with defected products before. Tough luck TS. Should've argued with the store manager for a replacement.

the report is to teach them how to handle customer. dont try to cheat customer. Waisting customer time.

err..obvious one...buying new CAR...must accept what ever condition becoz already pre choosen and hope for the best, u can argue but only delaying the ownership... cash or loan make no differences....still have to pay first..

nope. if car, i refuse to assign acceptance if got major defect and concerns issues.
if they force me to accept it, no, just call the bank and said to take it back.
if take loans from Bank Islam, by rules you have to agree with the car condition, only then the loans take effect. If not satisfied, cancel loan, cancel car.

if newly open from the box - scratches it's not acceptable..

i will just contact the bank and stop the payment....
as easy as that.... provide the polis report together also... or the bank will proceed... tried this before.. not a big deal...
