A. Bil Cukai Pintu perlu dibayar 2 kali setahun.

2. Bil Pertama: Julai-Disember
Pembayaran perlu dibuat sebelum akhir bulan Ogos setiap tahun.

B. Jika bayaran cukai pintu tidak dijelaskan pada akhir bulan Februari atau Ogos mengikut sesuatu kes:

I tried to add my account no. as a favourite payee for amex but the system prompted me that this tax assessment account no. is invalid? any idea?

Please be informed that  Customer with New DBKL Account ( only) will not be able to perform the transaction via Maybank2u since Maybank yet to receive the new requirement from DBKL.

However, for those existing customer ( with new and old  DBKL Account) should be able to perform the transaction by key in the old DBKL account number .
