About this new EULA, its actually not really new if you look at how other game companies been doing:

1. Technically, game companies always can make changes of game content/control access of buyers/players account whenever whatever however they want. Basically player only "renting" the service by playing the game whether free/paid. So this term is actually been around for most games. WG is just update this EULA accordingly nia, to facilitate the process of removing PMM.

Show me the EULA for the games that you speak of that has the same meaning to WG's revised EULA. Give examples of games that simply change the gameplay characteristics of a paid (with real currency) in game item without the consent of the player? Most players don't care about changes to tanks in the Tech Tree. We don't pay money for those. We pay REAL money for the premium tanks in the premium shop that were advertised with certain specification and characteristics and agreed upon the buyer and seller.
Change the deal, offer a full refund. Period. Like the T26E4 SuperPershing. That is why they have a different EULA for customers in AUS and NZ due to their tough consumer laws. I'll be studying Malaysian Act 599 CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1999 and see what can be done. Won't go for litigation since I'm not THAT rich like some politicians.

3. The impact of keeping old KV-5 for players:
- Will be power creeped very soon by the new KV-5, since its PEN is really not up to par (167mm on tier8 seriously?)

That is why it is advertised as a premium tank with a limited MM. Furthermore it is rarely seen in battles (5332 out of 434,756 public random games of the last 30 days with 13.04 million tanks participated) and yet WG claims that this tank is causing problems to the MM? Seriously? How???








4. TL, DR; version:
- WG want to remove PMM KV-5 cause they claim PMM tier 8 is the culprit of current bad T8 matchmaking (they have the statistics & observing, maybe its true?)

Then why keep selling them? Maybe lying through their teeth and making a quick buck? Anyone can check the stats from vBAddict and make their conclusions.

- now WG is revising new EULA in order to minimize the damage on PMM removal decision. (Whether players like it or not)

Players can just stop logging in if they don't agree to the EULA. It's good for WG's business...

Btw here is the update: (he said 2015 the terms still da same, duno how true is it, but what I know so far blizzard and ubisoft etc got similar EULA)

Chill bro, 1st of all, thanks a lot for compiling and sharing all these news. Its not easy to gather all these materials.
However, gather/compiling & not being lead yourself around by the nose from all these rantings, is another different matter.

There was no problem in gathering news from sources. I let the readers view them and let them form their own opinions and make their own conclusions, including yours. I too form my own opinions and do not shove WG propaganda down anyone's throat.

The more I read these stuffs, the more that I can see, the community are just ranting too much over WG laziness in update everything (bad PR, poor handling of policy and prize compensations)

Yeah, WG are incompetent fools. Can we agree on that? The server population is going down. There were only 4,000 players on the NA server last night and the server crashed. Community Ranting? Nah, WG chose to ignore the players' problems and the results are just consequences from WG's own failure to address the issues.


From what I see and think:

1. WG CC youtubers quite often exaggerate the flaws of the WG stuffs when they get implemented, and these exaggerated comments actually does damage to WG products and not fair to WG despite how they explain(albeit done poorly & very template-like), thus WG can only revise the EULA (not to add new stuffs as implied, just reinforce the stuffs that game companies doing) to protect themselves from unfair comments/feedback from WoT youtubers.

But why put the blame on CC youtubers when the problem lies with WG on the flaws they created? Can you give link or embed YT videos of evil WoT CCs making these exaggerated comments please?


2. About this "Shady move" done by WG on prize compensation & removing the gold-compensation policy silently from the page, personally I think its pretty normal to revise and remove the term, just that WG is doing it the
lazy way without informing everyone about the changes (which they might already revised legally), This CabbageMechanics does explain and compensate the prem tank that the avalon fella wants + gold balance right? Its just the WG doing a very sloppy job to follow up and to amend the policy page about compensation. Again WG is just lazy, but technically not in wrong. But Rita chose to make a hype out of it.

Being ignorant of ones' own policy, doing a sloppy job and being lazy is not a problem and technically not in wrong?  Okayyy..... 
There is a bit of sensationalism but Rita posting it in her blog is NOT hyping out of it. She posted it with links and screenshots as proof without adding lies, untrue story nor anything else.

3. About WoT EULA update, as long as we are not protected by consumer laws like ANZ:(weird terms if you ask me)

a. WG reserve every rights to make any changes to game content, whether paid or free.
b. Players are just paying for the game services like rental, and not really owning any of game content as ASSET
c. But for players' paid content, WG cannot simply remove/modify the content without reasonable compensations, but compensations reasonable or not is pretty subjective. (Thats the KEY POINT of all these shitstorms)
   
You get the point. Better to raise the issue before the horse has bolted out of the barn. These are not baseless "Rantings", they are customers' concerns based on WG ill written, patronizing article on the KV-5 pmm removal. No shitstorms, only eerie silence from WG

d. WG update this EULA, is to remind those youtubers and communities so that: you can promote OR criticize their products reasonably, but not until the extent of being exaggerated until untrue and do damage to their product sales/reputation

You mean the NA EULA? AGAIN, I would like to see the videos of false accusations and exaggeration against WGNA.

These 2 youtube videos you shown:

1. Basically only paypal reimburse back the loss to the fella, not really MTG side.
2. Its good that Paypal chose to side with the customer, but technically MTG not really in wrong.
3. NOt that fella won the case tho.

Sometimes, majority of the "Ranting" communities, are just being led around by the nose, that doesnt mean they are correct.

With all the things I've said, I only will buy the stuffs that I feel "not bad" from WG though, 40K KV-2 is 1 of them eg

Dear players, please note that there was an issue with the first batch of Victory Packages (Australia vs France) showing up on the Premium Shop between 15th and 16th June.
