Any1 subscribe to the 30mbps package d?

upload speed will be 5mbps... they only guarantee u download speed... but if u r landed maybe u will get up to 15mbps.. upload... how come ur price is 243? u subcribe to theyr hyptv full channel ah? mine only 209

any1 here subcribe to the unifi 30mbps + ruby package at Rm210.94 per month inclusive of gst package? i subcribed on May, my billing is RM219 due to RM10 stamp duty for 1st month.. then now second billing come they charge me 229.79 after gst... called them.. they like all tak tahu tat this 210.94 for unifi30mbps +rubypack ever existed...

tat the thing.. they extra charging us rm10 from the display and advertised price.. the advertise price is inclusive of gst with ruby pack...

As i hav mentioned... There is a error in their billing.. 1st month charge me 30 or ruby pack... 2 month charge me 40 on my ruby pack... Thus the price difference... The total billing for my package should hav been 210.94 inclusive of gst but now is at 229,79 for total... Called them they also blur kayu on the package..

If so I m wondering whether is appropriate for them to simply increase for those who hav signed earlier

funnily i m not being charge tat way.. 1st month charge me 219 , 2nd month charge me 229.. 3rd month charge me 211.55 ... all funny funny charge
1st month 209 for 30mbps only, rm 10 for stamp duty --> no issue
2nd month 229.79, 169+40+7.74+6%gst --> totally unacceptable .. called ask me to pay 1st.. fine.. settle it lor
3rd month come 221.55 then discount me rm10--> wtf is this..

yes.. tat y the rm10 discount.. i wrote to them again to complain.. i was one of the 1st to sign up with the plan when they launch their trial plan in serdang

download with 30mbps can go up to 45mbps i sometimes recorded 4-6mb/sec download speed.. upload havent got chance to do it.. but its around 3-5mbps only..
