Is there any issues with undersea cables at the moment?
Connections to sites hosted in EU seems to be terrible - USA is fine. Usenet downloads from EU servers struggling to hit decent speeds - USA maxing out connection as it should |

If upload was faster I'd go for the 50mb package, but I want to keep my 20mb upstream!
