i just went to TMpoint and check out the 30mbps upgrade. They inform me only avail for landed unit. High rise building all not avail. But my friend just got call from TM and they will help him to activate it in 3days time. He is staying in condo.
then i ask for 10mbps upgrade at RM179, they told me yes it is avail but mid july but then only for new application, existing VIP5 will not be able to upgrade to such plan. Anyone can confirm this? really make me angry to the max

My story like this....
Call email for inquiry no one layan. Go to TM point also they say nope.
After show them lowyat news, they say yeah, but it's only for landed area.
Show them my friend's apartment having this....they checked and shocked. After that they say they can try to apply for me. But high rise building, the infrastructure might not able to support.
So far now is all good. 32mbps constantly. After upgrade don't receive any email or notification that i switch to this. TM must be very busy / raya mode.
PS:/ My line upgrade to 30mbps in raya's eve.
