QUOTE(@skyhawk@ @ Jan 31 2015, 11:39 PM) how to get the offer? if we call them 1st and ask to upgrade, is it they will offer 169 too? according to what i read at this forum, if they call you, then maybe you'll can get the RM169 offer. if you call them, they'll offer the RM179 thingy.maybe they've changed their strategy now. try calling them and see if they'll offer you the RM169 thingy but do keep us informed. |

QUOTE(XyDi @ Feb 2 2015, 01:52 PM) ... & also waiting for more upgrade offer for VIP5. It seems TM is trying to push ppl to upgrade to VIP10. IMO its better close old account & re register new one & get all the new equipment with warranty. 1. "more upgrade offer for VIP5" what's this? haven't heard of this before... pls elaborate. afaik, there is the RM139 VIP5 offer that was offered to me after I rejected the RM179 VIP10 offer!2. "close old account & re register new one" thought of this too but i'll lose my "nice" tel number lah but I may have to re-weigh the pros & cons... |

QUOTE(XyDi @ Feb 3 2015, 10:46 AM) I suggest u wait till GST come out & only then weight up ur options. Once u sign, u stuck for 2 years bro. true but it's 17 mths to go after Apr 1...however, pre-GST, it's 6% SST on usage charges but none on recurring charges but, post GST, will the 6% GST be charged onto the recurring charges too? |

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Mar 4 2015, 05:45 PM) this is very very good news. maybe we should start a pressure group to get the 5mb package reduced to rm119!!! anyone knows how to do this? i hope it signifies the beginning of a unifi awakening that some of their early, loyal and good paying customers are getting fed up why they are treated like dirt when new customers get lower prices. it's time they realize customer loyalty does not equal excess profits. |

QUOTE(gyver @ Mar 4 2015, 09:43 PM) Wow! First time of hearing this RM119 deal. So the only way to get this is to go to TMPoint and do a canceling act issit? that was what my friend advised me - go & cancel & they'll give you a rebate - don't know if it'll be RM30... give it a try & report back to us. |

QUOTE(accessories_used @ Mar 6 2015, 04:11 PM) is the VIP10 plan really going for monthly RM169 public ? just got called from TM agreed upgrading to RM169 VIP10 . was thinking changing shift to MaxisFibre then got this offer lol , since having good experience with TM so just stay with them if 5mb can be rm119, then 10 mb = rm149, & 20mb = rm159 (all OKU-related figures!) then, this is fair... for the moment as rates should be cheaper still!!! more specifics from my friend on his rm119 5MB deal... 1. it seems a 5mb unifi subscriber went to a tmnet centre and claimed that he can't afford rm149 p.m., & was quickly given a rm30 rebate! 2. his bro told my friend, and walla! my friend went to the pandan indah tmnet centre to cancel his 5mb package, & was immediately offered the rm30 monthly rebate! so there you are - time to join forces to get the rm119 p.m. deal!!! |

QUOTE(nazmiesukasuki @ Mar 29 2015, 12:55 AM) If ur unifi contract has ended, they will call u to offer a new package. Unifi called and give me promo to upgrade 10mbps rm159 or stick with 5mbps rm139. Same like streamyx i think. Rm80 4mbps. i think 5mb should be rm119, not rm139! |
