F**K, i paid the bill online, but somehow maybe due to lag or bug that time, the payment gateway stated that i failed to pay the bill, but the money was already deducted from my bank account. I called the hotline and even gave them the bank transaction reference number, but till today the amount due is still stated there. Then I checked online, the case was recorded, but labeled CLOSED. F**K!!!

Now even worse, the *AUTH* and *LINK* led light on the router has gone missing. Picture attached: http://1drv.ms/1wfCL8h The bill is due 12/3, is it possible that they already suspended my line? OR This happens due to router problem? How long is the warranty for the tm default equipments??

TSK, I have to waste my time to go to TM Point to deal with all these shiats tomorrow.

Then why they chop off my line? iirc, connect back need rm 10,like hell I will pay for this shiat. The bill due date is on 12/3, yet they have already suspended my line. If I straight away bring the modem to tmpoint for exchange can or not? I thought to equipments have only 1 year warranty?

guys, i paid unifi using rhb online at 28/2. Some how the money is deducted but the payment gateway at the unifi website portal refreshed, but stated that the payment was failed. I called unifi hotline and even gave them the transaction reference number but they did nothing and even closed the case. Few days ago, i went to TMpoint and showed them the proof of online transaction, till now still same only. The bill due date is on 12/3 which is tomorrow. Should I pay the bill again and continue to complaint for refund?
