Hi guys, something was wrong with my unifi tonight.

Apparently my ipad keep disconnected and got slow speed, I tried restart the modem and my ipad, also delete the wifi setting on ipad also could not solve the problem.

But the speed and connection was fine with my sony phone and laptop. I wonder how can I solve it.

Hi, I just got my unifi upgraded to vip10 at RM169 on May 13. Today I got a message saying that my due payment is RM423.50.
I have outstanding for May, which is RM163.68. So I am confused, why is there an extra of RM79.xx that I need to pay.
Is TM charging me at correct price or they give me the original price for 10mb.

I deleted it on accidentally. Yeah, I found the special discount inside my occ account.
