i upgraded to unifi 30 last few days too. at first called 100 and they told me tat package is only available in kl and selangor area.
 then the next day i went to tmpoint, they told me it just launched few days ago and i can apply and they submit for me. then after work on the same day, it is upgraded!  i had also called their telemarketing in the beginning but keep on waiting and no one ans...wasted almost 30 minutes call charges..
