Went to TM Point today to get the 30mbps, but sadly there's no open line in my area anymore. Since the current account is under different name, I asked them whether the current line could be terminated and replaced with a new line, the TM staff said no and I would have to get in the queue like everyone else in my area
I believe an agent can help us skip the queue somehow. |
