i want to ask. i have already removed my hdd and dvdrw. my pc can switch on (it boots).but only when i connected my hdd, then my pc start to restart again and again.but if i let my pc for a while or a day, it will be ok.but sometime after a while im using my pc then the problem occur or some other time,it is hard to switch on my pc. all this problem happens after i have change my psu with icute one.
