more like a mix. ppl at serenes theorizing that 1 rn for low (sub 50) while (3a+b)/4 weighted 2 rn for high

oh that chapter.... clear the top one first, then the one that rush from left. others, they will only rush when you enters their initial attack range, so abuse that by standard bait & counter
their illusion is alternate, so you can expect which one will attack & which one will not
also, grab beast killer lance. reclassed camilla works well with it (provided that you did that way earlier and have appropriate weapon rank to use it). give it to effie should be fine too

don't think there's a limit of no. of skill per unit in logbook registration
as for skill learning,
level 1 pre-promote/dlc or dancer skill -> level 10 pre-promote/dlc or dancer skill -> level 5 promote/level 25 dlc or dancer skill -> level 15 promote/level 35 dlc or dancer skill
in that order.
if the character doesn't have pre-promote skill when he's in promoted class (jacob/felicia or parallel/heart/friendship sealed after 1st promotion), they will learn the pre-promoted skills first

don't think there's one still selling it now, but even if there is, the price
