1st trailer
2nd trailer
There'll be 2 versions in Japan, unknown for NA/EU

Choose either Hoshido or Nohr to side with. You can get the other story via DLC. There'll be a 3rd storyline as DLC, which will come later (unknown date)
From how Bill Trinen & Satoru Shibata said during Nintendo Direct, worldwide release most likely to be the Special Edition card since they said "choose your path"
Special Edition

Both story path will be in single gamecard. Includes the 3rd story DLC, Artbook (most likely mini artbook) and limited edition copy of a Fire Emblem Cypher (TCG) card
Digital Download version

Only 1 version. The split story decision is at Chapter 6, in which when the decision is made, the game is locked in that path. Most likely need to buy the other story DLC to experience another path (speculation)
Version difference
So far...

Hoshido - Can gain experience & gold outside main storyline (most likely overworld feature like in Awakening)
Nohr - Limited experience & gold gain (most likely no overworld)
Changes from Awakening
-Enemy Units can now Pair Up against you too
-Dynamic Maps, can interact with map. There's a scene in the trailer where bridge appears after MU interacts
Price (w/o tax)
Normal edition - 4700 yen
Story DLC - 1852 yen
Digital edition - 4700 yen
Special edition - 9250 yen
