yeah paper gain 44k ready for phase 1 buyers

16x only, not planning to stay there at this moment, still not convince with semenyih future....have to wait and see.

18 x 60 - starting from 380k, now revised to 413k

20 x 60 - starting from 420k

early march and end of march= 40,000

i didn't look at 20x ... t

This kind of design n no concept 20x65 can sell 520k?

Feel my seh purchaee about 1 year plus ago so damn cheap at 410 k only

Price after discount 7%

Overall the house from outside is very v.simple , only cons is the built up is maximum , no land behind, 40feet full i think......

developer want to make maximum profit ady.. but atleast gv maximum built up also..... but no partition wall for kitchen
