anyway I went survey the area but when im in the existing taman, just beside the semenyih parklands@rinching
the taman jalan signboard put [jalan xx, poskod, semenyih]

so im not sure parkland@rinching inside semenyih of both completely different...


u can use google street view inside the existing beside the parklands development and see the jalan signboards.

FOR sure SEH better and cant COMPARE with parklands lor

and yes because it is located so close to ecohill, more accurately closer to ecohill commercial space and the lekas direct link.... ppl are getting aware of it.. even Tesco semenyih is so close by....

i think the abandon shops surely will get revive soon when people start to move and shops like
speedmart and etc mite open.....

so if ascot + this parklands will should boost up the area....
