As title said,
I've did some googling on this issues. Some said it's ok,some said it's not. So i would like to hear from the community here itself.
Is it ok to take shower right after workout? or perhaps there's some cooling down period before taking a bath? Thanks.

QUOTE(H4XF4XTOR @ Jan 9 2015, 10:06 PM) 5 minutes cool down period enough or not? so 5 minutes ok lar? depend on how hot ur body are.. some people need 10-15 minute... usually around 10 minute for me.. if u feel like ur body are cooled down...then you are good to go.. if still sweating then no good.

At some point people would workout before going to work, hence need to provide certain amount of time to cool down and then bath then work.

QUOTE(manapergi @ Jan 10 2015, 12:36 AM) Time isn't the key factor as long as you don't play soup like this thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3463438obviously, thanks for pointing that out
