QUOTE(ixchel @ Oct 19 2009, 03:17 PM) Hello. they're called "blow outs" not blow ups. you can go to kl, there are a couple of shops there such as zoo body arts that does body piercing.Does anyone know any place that does piercing using surgical needles and not piercing guns? I don't want ugly blowups like the ones I have now. Thanks! |

IMO, the people at Dragonfly are not trained professionals. Make sure they have a certificate before they pierce you. And healing time for earring is definitely longer than that, I would recommend 3 - 4 months. 6 months to be safe. 1 week is too short and can damage the ear.

Try Inked @ Sunway (Its not inside the shopping mall, its located outside.)
Zoo body art @ Sg wang. Tribal bodyworks @ Sg wang The prices if not mistaken, are around the same price. Don't bother trying to compare prices. Just make sure the place is sanitary and the needles are clean. As mentioned earlier, I don't think Dragonfly is such a good idea but the decision is ultimately up to you. Goodluck |

QUOTE(Baby D @ Feb 26 2010, 02:49 AM) I have 3 piercings on my left ear. its called a keloid. And 1 on the right It's been 4 years ady. One of the piercings have a stud or sumthing grow behind the hole. Like a mountain or sumthing. I know if it's soft and u poke it then blood and white thingy come out. But now it's hard ady. Like part of my skin or ear. How to remove it? Or make it go away? Please teach me. Because it doesnt look good when i tie my hair up. like ninelives mentioned, i recommend getting some vitamin e cream or oil. if possible, get jojoba oil from one of the sellers in the garage sale (jchong sells them and its not available online) jojoba oil helps soften the keloid and can possibly shrink it over time. its not a apply one time thing. you must apply for few months to see progress. gl |
